Excel Day-to-Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Fleet Specialist to join their Operations team in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will manage vehicle maintenance schedules and claims processing. Your main responsibilities will include tracking and maintaining accurate vehicle records (mileage, service history, inspections), scheduling preventative maintenance for large fleet vehicles, and processing vehicle insurance claims. Additional responsibilities include monitoring vehicle compliance and assisting with registrations and renewals. You will collaborate closely with the Fleet Coordinator and communicate with drivers, service managers, branch leadership and externally with insurance adjusters.
