Logistics Admin Grand Steel Processing 530 Manufacturers Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the logistics manager on a day-to-day basis, communicate with customers and drivers, and schedule delivery appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, dispatching, and DOT requirements. This job will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional required overtime. Duties include but are not limited to: Using PS Data to build customer releases Assisting with Driver’s payroll Communicate with drivers and customers when needed Scheduling delivery appointments Assist Logistic manager daily Communicate with sales team to ensure material will be ready by the time it needs to deliver.
