Key Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring timely transportation and delivery of critical parts and materials. Maintaining cleanliness and order within production areas to meet high hygiene and operational standards. Training colleagues to enhance skills and improve procedural adherence. Detecting and addressing quality issues to ensure optimal productivity levels. Upholding safety standards by understanding and enforcing safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is valued. Demonstrable ability to identify and resolve quality problems. Must work effectively within a collaborative team setting. Strong self-management skills with an ability to complete tasks independently and effectively. Capability to make informed decisions that ensure operational efficiency. Competent in reading and writing to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.

Physical Demands:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Aptitude for extended standing, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting items up to 1200 pounds as task demands. Strong manual dexterity is essential for task performance.
