The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, production planning, and supply chain management to ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and proficiency in systems such as SAP and MRP to optimize production processes. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Develop and implement production planning strategies that align with demand forecasts. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources. Utilize Lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication throughout the production cycle. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain activities. Conduct regular audits of inventory management practices to ensure compliance with company standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in inventory control, production planning, or supply chain management. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and practices. Proficient in using
