The position requires a well-rounded individual that supports operational staff and systems by maintaining and monitoring production applications, processes, reporting and data management. Responsible for meeting client SLA shipping requirements, inventory control, program support and communication for both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities Reverse and Forward Logistical Support:

40% Support MIR program logistical and shipping requirements per client SLA. Create and ship customer mailers for all new claim tickets. Responsible for shipping and tracking of customer and client devices per program SLA Receive all inbound parts and devices into RepairQ. Receive and upload client provided ASN’s for processing and repair into RepairQ. Manage production trackers and spreadsheets to ensure accurate production metrics. Inventory Control 30% Perform parts reconciliation through weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle counts. Support operational supervisor with parts ordering as needed. Manage, return, and track Apple KBB’s on a weekly basis. Manage and track new tech damage for parts and components. Allocate parts to technician workstations per daily repair schedule. Program Support 20% Monitor MIR support channels, provide requested information, and complete requested actions from Claims team. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in CPR Depot shared inbox. Support FMIP resolutions on devices that require unlock to repair. Reporting Analytics 10% Ability to extract data from a variety of internal and external data sources. Support both scheduled and ad hoc report requests. Analyze data to deliver reporting and metrics to stakeholders. Validate the integrity of the data shown in reports by performing regular data analysis. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or GED required 2 years’ experience in supply chain management role Requires skills of extracting and analyzing data using a variety of methods including SQL, Excel, and Power BI. MS Office programs, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and access knowledge of office procedures. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to continually and tactfully follow up on requests until successful conclusion of appointed task(s). This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and bar scanner Preferred Skills Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks. Proficient in reading and understanding processes.
