We’re looking for a Senior Production Planner with a deep knowledge of New Product Launch with the ability to Plan Production in our Stamping, Fabrication and Assembly Departments. Understanding of our ERP System, JDE is a Real Plus! Prefer Someone with Automotive Background however will Consider Aerospace, or Medium to High Volume Manufacturing Scheduling Experience from a Related Industry. Spanish fluency is a huge plus! ????

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Leading the Production Scheduling for New Product / Project Programs for Stamped Metal Parts Collaborating with Outside Material Suppliers, Production, Engineering Teams and Executive Management Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Determine Effective Counter Measures as It Applies to Production Scheduling Create and Maintain a Running Master Schedule for the Stamping, Fabrication and Assembly Departments. Maintain Inventory Levels for Raw Materials and Components Support Prototype Builds and Program Launches Assign work to Junior Staff and Track Progress Manage Overall Project Goals and KPI’s and Applicable Must have Excellent Reporting Capability and Methodology ✅

Requirements:

3•5 Years in Production Scheduling, Leading Scheduling Efforts for a Medium Sized Manufacturing Facility (300+ Employees). Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Equivalent / Applicable Discipline Strong Communication, Analysis, and Problem-Solving Skills Understanding of ERP Systems. Fluent in JDE is a Strong Plus! Spanish Fluency is a PLUS ????
