It was founded by Roumen Denkov and Dee Tchoparov in 2011, two Bulgarian immigrants and former drivers. The company operates over 100 trucks and serves all 48 states and Canada. Growing its customer base, RDX provides multiple modes of transportation and high level of service. Our well-rounded operations team is able to find the best solutions by utilizing vans, reefers, flatbeds, box trucks, hot shots or RDX assets. In 2022, RDX has purchased 41 acres and built a new state of the art corporate office in Memphis, TN. Looking for an experienced Broker, Logistics Coordinator
MUST HAVE FLATBED, EVENT FREIGHT EXPERIENCE

Job Purpose:
Cradle to Grave coordinating the appropriate rates and carriers for their existing customer base freight within the logistical capability.
Essential Job Functions:
- Negotiating rates, quoting, brokering loads for pre-assigned list of customers. . Facilitating relationships with customer representatives and points of contact. . Working closers with Sales team to ensure quality of service . Building loads accurately & entering new carrier packets in the system up to compliance.
- Adding all drivers to Macropoint for tracking.
- Uploading rate confirmations and work orders in the system.
- Requesting Pick Up and Delivery Appointments for upcoming loads.
- Staying updated on customer related Standard Procedures.
- Staying compliant with Certificate Holders on Insurance paperwork and alerting brokers when there’s an oversight.
- Arriving loads and working with brokers to ensure the board is updated (shared)
