The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. Duties Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability. Collaborate with various departments including operations management, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure alignment of production goals. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or operational capacity. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles. Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment utilization. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management or production planning is preferred.
