Import/Export Specialist Details:
Contract to Hire position $19.50 /hour First Shift Prepare and file FTZ documentation (214s, QP/7512s) within 24 hours. Review documentation for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Process documents through internal systems to meet compliance deadlines. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams on inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication. Cross-train on all department functions and shift between tasks as needed. Support team operations with a positive, cooperative attitude. Learn and grow FTZ knowledge through self-study or approved training.
Import/Export Specialist Qualifications:
One year of warehouse/distribution experience Data entry and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Integration Point software is a plus. Import/Export or logistics background preferred; FTZ experience a bonus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Willingness to work some overtime and occasional weekends.
