Responsibilities:
- + Support design interface activities related to Human Systems Integration (HSI), Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM), and supportability for UAS platforms.
+ Analyze and interpret engineering and logistics documentation to support design reviews, trade studies, and lifecycle product support planning. + Assist in the development, revision, and formatting of technical publications and documentation, including digital conversion into XML formats using tools like Arbortext. + Ensure accuracy and consistency in logistics and maintenance data, including source data validation and technical manual updates. + Coordinate cybersecurity training scenario development, planning, and execution in accordance with DoD training and readiness requirements. + Plan and manage training events for cybersecurity and IT/OT systems, ensuring integration with UAS operational and logistics environments. + Perform document management tasks including preparation of correspondence, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized archives of technical and programmatic documentation. + Support strategic and operational communications efforts by preparing briefs, summaries, and reports in coordination with operations and training staff. + Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing differing scopes and timelines while maintaining delivery standards and compliance with DoD program expectations. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, providing technical insight into logistics, documentation, and cyber training efforts. + Adhere to the company’s AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines. + Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or cybersecurity-related discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:
- + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in cybersecurity training within the DoD community. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. + Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills related to both logistics and cyber training scenarios.

- SECRET clearance required.
