Job Description:
A Materials Quality Analyst is needed in Valley, Alabama.
- Review materials specifications to recommend proper logistics and warehousing services.
- Analyze materials data and materials specification to perform inspection and monitor all incoming materials.
- Ensure safe usage of raw materials compounds during shipment and transportation by monitoring logistics process.
- Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products by running inspections and identifying quality issues.
- Conduct training sessions related to raw materials and quality of materials such as, raw material safety and disposal directions.
- Study and stay up-do-date on federal and state regulations and create materials quality control standards and policies for logistics operations.
- Review, analyze and study new product plans and materials selection to make appropriate recommendations for logistics and warehousing services.
- Record and report materials related data to upper management such as market trends, cost projection, manufacturing process, and materials safety data.
