YOUR ROLE

Are you a problem solver and known for your analytical skills? Areyou passionate about delivering innovative logistics solutions tosupply chain customers? If so, we have an opportunity that wouldallow you to execute valuable responsibilities and contribute todelivering superior supply chain services.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Manage more complex daily, weekly, and monthly reportingrequirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing; developand analyze information when required. Perform a variety ofcalculations, analyze and audit financial and operational results;typically involves complex professional related supply chainprinciples. Review complex operational or transportation details to identifypotential areas for improvement, savings or efficiency; provideinnovative solutions. Oversee data integrity – accuracy of complex databases, reports,and related details through audits, queries, and operationalreviews; investigate and work to resolve discrepancies. Develop complex metrics and goals for programs, presentsinformation to internal or external customers or leaders, andprepares templates or details to ensure operations are meetingexpectations. Review operational claims, failures or damages, perform root causeand other reviews to determine responsible parties, and present toleaders or customers; situations are often more complex. Ensure processes and operation comply with applicable laws, rulesand regulations; seek advice and interpretation when required. Assist with reviewing and responding to complex customer requestswhich includes applying transportation principles, draftingresponses and outlines, and other professional support.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation,Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education andexperience preferred. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.

At least two years of experience preferred. Experience with BItools such as PowerBI or Tableau preferred.

Credentials:

Professional certification may be required in someareas.

Skills:

Ability to develop complex analytics, reports andcommunications related to transportation and logistics. Utilizationof systems and databases used for transportation and logisticsmanagement. Advanced Excel skills required.

Characteristics:

Ability to review operational claims, failures ordamages, perform root cause analysis and other reviews to determineresponsibility and corrective action. Capable of communicatingcomplex transportation and logistics information and ability toidentify and communicate potential operational or analyticalconcerns and assist with change management.
