ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the monitoring of store inventories on the Datascan portal. Complete Inventory Reconciliation Worksheets for store audits. Maintain a list of all store inventories and the stores to be audited for compliance. Receive and compile inventory data from the stores that were audited, summarize results, and report discrepancies. Organize and maintain documentation related to store audits. Maintain a thorough understanding of the unit control and financial inventory systems and how those systems affect inventory shrinkage. Perform daily monitoring of dashboards for discrepancies and report findings to appropriate departments for follow-up. Check and reply to email messages, voicemails and requests received. Contact stores and follow-up on aged warehouse shipments. Maintain files for the Inventory Accuracy Office. Assist with daily tickets from ServiceNow from the stores to help with inventory accuracy. Assist with updating warehouse shipments. Protects the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS 1

year of experience working in an office environment/retail management. Experience working in retail. Experience working with inventory management and accuracy. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
