What You Will Do:

To independently employ a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in supply chain, data analysis and informatics to plan, design, develop and support systems, projects and automation. Provides internal reporting and analysis of business data to perform substantive, comprehensive quantitative analysis. Carries out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. 1. Plans, designs, develops and supports systems, projects and automation. Uses a broad knowledge of principles, best practice and procedures in supply chain, data analysis and informatics to recommend process improvements in data handling and reporting. 2. Manages and completes complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. 3. Collaborates across the organization and related functional areas to understand internal customer needs related to service excellence including, but not limited to, analytical, technology and automated reporting needs. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of how information will be used and customer goals. Determines appropriate course of action; makes recommendations in an actionable, easily understood format. 4. Provides expertise on complex system applications and advanced quantitative methodologies. Acts as a mentor and departmental trainer relative to working with large databases and other advanced analytical tools. Subject matter expert on supply chain information within the Lawson ERP system: creates/updates process flows, add/maintains approvers/users (changes in roles, system access levels), adds new vendors as needed. 5. Utilizes skills in data mining, analysis and coding within application toolsets to help support and provide business process improvements and reports. Develops automated reports and uses VBA formats to create tools such as tables, charts, graphs, summaries, etc. to aid in the analysis of data. Manages, updates and documents the framework for integration and implementation of interfaces between disparate systems and applications (Lawson, Oracle, Cerner, HealthQuest). 6. Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science or a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
