Job Description

Material and Product Failure Analyst
Your tasks

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Conduct material and product failure analysis to support our OESL segments
Benchmark current products against competitors in the industry
Assist with warranty claims
Contribute to the development of the global material and product failure analysis team
Collaborate with universities and joint labs for future advancements
Develop new methods within internal and external OESL groups
Solve problems related to FFAs (Field Failure Analysis)
Manage chemical and physical material testing activities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelor’s degree in Rubber/Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering or related field 2+ years of practical experience in Material Development, Application Engineering, or Product Development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with external customers No relocation provided for this role Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
