Job Description

Inventory Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team in Gainesville, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for an individual who excels in inventory coordination, production workflows, and ERP system management. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing inventory processes and ensuring accuracy across operational systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and accuracy of inventory records within the ERP system, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate work orders and production flows to maintain consistency in inventory tracking.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and production reporting.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure the seamless movement of materials and products.
  • Utilize NetSuite or other ERP software to track inventory levels and generate reports.
  • Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable recommendations to optimize stock levels.
  • Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with established inventory controls.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks as needed, such as journal entries or reconciliations.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, and familiarity with tools like
IBM AS/400.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with production workflows and work order management.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes and inventory control best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with light accounting tasks is a plus, though not required.
