Job Summary:

We are seeking a junior-level Demand Planning Analyst with approximately 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role is critical in supporting demand and production planning operations, working closely with cross-functional departments to forecast demand, manage inventory, assign tasks to production staff, and maintain ERP data integrity. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, highly organized, and proactive in driving follow-ups and ensuring planning accuracy across a high-SKU environment (20,000+ stock codes). Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential, with SysPro knowledge being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory planning and production scheduling. Analyze inventory levels, forecast future needs, and identify potential gaps in supply. Post transactions and maintain data in the ERP system (SysPro preferred, but any ERP acceptable). Monitor and execute inventory movements and job receipting activities. Collaborate with engineering, sales, production, and quality teams on materials changes and production adjustments. Assign production tasks and manage execution timelines based on demand. Maintain cost accounting accuracy for completed jobs. Generate and manage product labels as part of the production and shipping process. Conduct regular checks on missing components or upcoming product needs. Take accountability for reliable follow-ups and closure of planning tasks. Contribute to continuous improvement in forecasting and inventory management processes.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in demand/production planning, ideally in a manufacturing company. Background working with high SKU volumes (10,000+ preferred; 20,000+ in this role). Experience with ERP systems (SysPro a plus). Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools. Proven experience in forecasting, inventory movement, and production coordination. Ability to post and maintain ERP system data accurately. Familiarity with label creation and product documentation processes. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to or experience with Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking Understanding of production scheduling techniques Experience coordinating with multiple departments and managing change processes
