Position Summary:

This role handles updating and validating data in the ERP system, analyzing cost trends, and generating reports to support decision-making. The Supply Chain Analyst I will aid with identifying process improvements, tracking key metrics, and ensuring data accuracy across supply chain systems.

Responsibilities:

Supports the Supply Chain and Procurement teams in day-to-day operations. Maintains data in the ERP system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with procurement terms and contracts. Supports ERP pricing data entry, basic data validation, and generation of standard recurring reports. May assist in preparing data for dashboards under guidance. Develops and reviews historical analyses, including purchases, consumption, open orders, inventory and costs, as well as provides recommendations for next steps. Conducts additional cost analyses such as freight, duties, surcharges, or other applicable fees into final pricing structures. Reviews and verifies data inputs in the ERP monthly and resolves any issues or mismatches. Conducts reporting and analysis of pricing trends, cost movements, and impacts on overall Supply Chain spend. Monitors raw material inventory levels and purchase trends; assists in maintaining optimal stock levels. Processes and analyzes Supply Chain data using data analytics tools to support decision-making. Develops and maintains the Supply contract database. Reviews and analyzes slow-moving inventory (RM, Packaging, FG) and propose action plans. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience may substitute for the Associates Degree. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar analytical role: Purchasing, Forecasting, or Production Planning. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar. Skilled in

Microsoft Office Suite:

Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field Experience working in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, AS-400 or SAP). Knowledge of
