About the
Role:
Senior Data Analyst to support our Parts and Distribution Center operations. This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing warehouse and supply chain analytics for our Jacksonville location and an expanding site in Norcross, GA, which will support Northern regions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge gaps between our systems and ensure clean, synced data flows between our Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP (financial system).
Key Responsibilities:
This will be a support role, working in a fast-paced environment, and jumping in when needed. Support reporting and analytics for Manhattan WMS, especially leveraging SCI (Cognos-based) for insights and data extraction
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies between Manhattan and Dynamics ERP systems
Provide subject matter expertise on warehouse logistics and data structures within WMS systems
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and data models to support operational and leadership reporting needs
Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting teams with limited experience in underlying data structures
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable reporting
Must-Haves:
Hands-on experience with Manhattan SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence Cognos-based reporting)
Strong expertise in Power BI
, particularly in data modeling and architecture, not just front-end visualization
Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics data
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or familiarity with modern data integration platforms
