We’re looking for a highly organized Supply Chain Analyst with solid ERP experience to support and optimize our day-to-day supply chain operations. You’ll be the connective tissue between procurement, production, logistics, and inventory—ensuring our coffee flows smoothly from bean to brew. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate inventory and supply records in NetSuite Collaborate with procurement to manage supplier relationships, purchase orders, and lead times Monitor and forecast inventory needs, ensuring raw materials and packaging supplies meet production demands Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL providers and internal teams Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Support production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts and seasonal demand Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within NetSuite and connected systems Communicate cross-functionally to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies in real time What You Bring 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite experience preferred with SuiteInventory, Supply Chain modules ) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel wizardry a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for process improvement and a knack for troubleshooting Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Familiarity with coffee production or CPG industry a bonus Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and benefits Employee discounts on all the coffee your heart desires Casual dress code and a creative work environment Opportunities for growth in a fast-scaling company
