  • Supply Chain Management Analyst I
  • The purpose of this role is to enhance the capability of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Initiative development.

The role will be responsible for assisting with the integration of technology systems into the overarching SCM strategy and initiative at POWER. Candidate will be responsible for the creation of standards for project systems and will provide field technical support and training as needed. The role will also support the SCM portfolio of work by developing reports and solutions based on the unique needs of each client.

The candidate selected for this position may work remotely full-time at a location other than a POWER Engineers-designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.

  • Requirements:
  • + 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.

+ Team members must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with an emphasis in Excel (Equations, Power Queries, VBA, etc.). + Power BI expertise required. Full Power Platform experience a plus. + Experience in the development, coordination, and integration of a variety of ERP, PLM, and/or Inventory Management systems. + Experience developing applications to be hosted in a SharePoint environment. + Knowledge of coding languages for greenfield app development. Open to a variety of languages but prefer JavaScript. Development will likely be full stack. + Basic HTML and CSS knowledge required. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Periodic travel to project locations will be required, up to 15%. + Organized work habits, the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities, and high attention to detail required.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • + Assist in the development of a cohesive Inventory Management System based on existing in-house software.

The conversion from PowerApps to SharePoint-based hosting is in the early stages. + Serve as an interface for all SCM projects with regard to troubleshooting and issue correction related to the system. + Regular interface with internal and external system developers. + Provide training as needed to team members as related to their role in the organization. + Support active projects with custom reporting/tools as needed based on client demands. + Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards in support of project requirements. + Develop Power BI dashboards at the departmental level in order to provide visibility on all projects across the country. + Manage business processes and forecast all material requirements. + Monitor inventory levels across projects to ensure timely delivery and maintain all metrics for performance. + Analyze and establish all material requirements for forecasts and assist in the generation of all reports. + Ensure that Supply Chain’s databases are accurate and maintain their quality and integrity via routine audits. + Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. + Assume day-to-day operation of existing client dashboards and development of new tools as needed, particularly quick-response items needed for business development. + Additional duties as needed/assigned. Base Salary Range:

$90k – $110k per year The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
