We are America’s first and only producer of certified organic sugar, grown and harvested in the United States. Our renewable energy facility is the largest of its kind in North America and provides clean energy that powers our sugar operations, which helps us reduce our use of fossil fuels. Florida Crystals also sustainably farms rice, sweet corn and other vegetables in rotation with our sugarcane. Our rice mill is the only rice mill in Florida.

OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Manager COE. This position is responsible for conducting analysis to support various inbound supply chain initiatives. The analyst will extract, validate and organize data sets for each assigned initiative, then perform analysis and recommend solutions. The analyst will conduct data analysis related to department performance indicators, process improvements and user adoption. This individual will need to be effective in understanding and managing issues related to the SAP Materials Management (Purchasing and Inventory Management), Reporting Tools, and new technologies. Additionally, the Supply Chain Analyst may assist in preparation of departmental presentations as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE 2-5

years of work experience in a progressively responsible fulfillment/inventory/production planning role
At least 1 year of experience utilizing an ERP system in a supply chain/fulfillment capacity
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level is required

PREFERRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Degree major in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
Prior experience using SAP is a plus

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes and distributes routine departmental performance metrics and reports
Serves as department support and training (Purchasing, Ariba, Analytics, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Executes detailed analysis of system behavior to facilitate issue resolution
Serves as liaison between GPO and IT on technical issues, including root cause analysis and fix implementation
Evaluates current processes to best in class and recommends continuous improvement opportunities
Establishes and creates Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and training documentation as required
Participates in regional and global supply chain improvement projects on behalf of inbound supply chain
Prepares ad hoc departmental PowerPoint presentations
Performs other duties as assigned
