Job Description

• Only qualified Enrollment Material Analyst candidates located near the Lake Mary, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage work queue, interacting directly with business partners to consult on processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of new or enhanced processes, materials, and offerings, participating in the implementation of approved ideas.
• Collaborate with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Deliver consistently accurate and cost-effective materials for standard and non-standard enrollment requests.
• Develop and maintain expertise on team procedures, policies, and end-to-end enrollment processes in an ever-changing environment.
