Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer Associate/Supply chain Analystto support the purchasing team in managing product procurement and inventory. The ideal candidate will assist with vendor management, order processing, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing products from suppliers. Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure favourable agreements. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock levels. Process purchase orders and track delivery schedules. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and purchasing software.
