The selected candidate for this Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Level 1 is responsible for providing integrated logistics support to C-130J customers for AMMM Sustainment Operations. The selected candidate will assist in defining sustainment requirements for proposals, support technical evaluations, gather data and analyze metrics, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure task completion. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and develop skills in logistics management, sustainment requirements, and technical evaluations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synchronization, and will provide updates and status reports to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with logistics and/or supply chain management Exposure to working across cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management) Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Firsthand experience with AMMM aircraft, platform, supply or field experience (C-130J, C-5, P-3) Problem solving skills Cross-functional collaboration Critical thinking Analytical mindset Detail-oriented Effective communication skills

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
