Role:

The Warehouse Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory within the manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels. The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure that inventory practices align with production schedules and customer demands. By utilizing data analysis and inventory management software, the analyst will contribute to reducing costs and improving service levels. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to maintain an accurate inventory system that supports the overall operational efficiency of the warehouse.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of exp in warehouse management or related fields in a multi-SKU warehouse Proven experience in inventory management or analysis within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, mathematical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in inventory management or supply chain management. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software and MRP environments (similar to Netsuite)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
