Our client is currently seeking a Analyst, Supply Planning As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the inbound movement of materials from suppliers. You will determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering teams. This role involves developing specifications for new contract orders and requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise. You will work independently with minimal supervision. This job will have the following responsibilities: Plan and schedule inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure efficient material flow. Develop specifications for new contract orders. Perform tactical planning functions with responsibility for the planning, scheduling, and monitoring inbound movement of materials. Determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient movement of externally sourced production materials (raw material, finished goods, MRO, launch, and prototype materials) for the Supplier Operations team.
