Sr. Logistics Analyst Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Sr. Logistics Analyst(position in Atlanta, GA 30346):

Analyze logistics processes and procedures and define solutions to support process improvement, compiling logistics data and preparing analytical reports; conduct company-wide studies and analysis to assess and evaluate international shipping operations, freight rates and services; apply analytical and statistical methodology to evaluate and improve upon logistics operations, providing strategic recommendations to increase operational efficiency; research and analyze pricing and sales in the logistics / freight forwarding industry for purposes of market economic analysis; review and assess risk management; develop and implement project management tools and compliance matrices, monitoring activities related to the coordination of shipment from origin to destination; and evaluate freight classifications, tariff rates, schedules and deadlines to ensure organizational effectiveness, capacity, utilization, cost containment and customer satisfaction.

Must have a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
