Job Description
Supply Chain Analyst – Atlanta, GA The opportunity: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing and executing inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels across a subset of Corrugated Packaging plants, while also supporting short-term ITP planning (0-13 weeks). The Supply Analyst emphasizes determining inventory strategies, setting targets, overseeing finished goods automated replenishment, and applying logic to balance demand and supply in alignment with strategic and area objectives. Working collaboratively with Master Planners, Line Schedulers, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Area Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams, this role drives decisions to maximize OTIF, minimize working capital, and balance costs such as $/MSF, freight, and inventory. While learning master planner responsibilities, they will also focus on inventory planning, analytics, and optimization to support operational and financial goals. How you will impact

- Technology implementation of o9 ITP and Inventory Planning modules represents a significant investment in advanced planning capabilities
- ITP Corrugated deployment accelerated to March 2026 go-live; Roles to support with data validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation of short-term supply chain planning (0-13 weeks)
- Inventory Optimization deployment tentatively planned for
Q1/Q2 2026
; Roles to support inventory strategy, target setting, inventory master data management and analytics to optimize stock levels across a subset of Corrugated Packaging regions
- Optimized Inventory planning to reduce working capital, mitigate risks of overstocking or stockouts and eliminate manual work across the plants by streamlining and automating replenishment
- ITP process implementation accelerated and to be deployed in all areas by the end of 2025; Each Analyst role will support 3 areas in addition to inventory analytics responsibilities What you need to succeed:
- Bacheloru2019s degree with emphasis in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- 1 – 3 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Analytics preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL
- Project management experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is a plus
