Job Summary The incumbent of this position will function as a key C-5M Logistics Analyst to support C-5 Division supply operations involving Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) by providing expertise in aircraft storage, reclamation, maintenance, and regeneration activities related to Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPs) and Form 44 processing. Serves C-5 weapon system requirement liaison with AMARG to include: initiating and tracking reclamation of parts and components to support Department of Defense (DoD) activities; capturing inventory control, documentation, and reporting of stored assets; utilizing AMARG-approved systems and databases to track aircraft status, maintenance actions, and part reclamation efforts; and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The primary focus will be on AMARG reclamation support to depot operations, although field operations may also be supported. The incumbent will ensure seamless coordination with AMARG leadership and stakeholders, providing status briefings, participating in meetings and logistics/technical evaluations. The incumbent of this position will also act as the C-5 designated representative to support the C-5 Spares Requirements Review Board (SRRB) process by managing programmatic spares support change templates via the SRRB Web Tool. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, complete, and accurate submissions, updates, and advising the government liaison on approvals per the annual schedule. The incumbent will conduct disconnect analysis to compare SRRB requirements against Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) wholescale forecasts. Additionally, the incumbent will capture and compile annual meeting minutes for the C-5 Weapon System, briefing C-5 Leadership before submission to HAF/A4. All key discussions, decisions, and action items must be properly documented and communicated. The incumbent will also participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and SRRB-related workshops, meetings, and teleconferences to ensure effective coordination and program execution. The incumbent will work with the C-5M Logistics, Engineering and Program Management teams in collaborative efforts with AMARG, Major Operating Commands (MAJCOMs), field level maintenance personnel, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA personnel in the development and evaluation of solutions aimed at increasing C-5M Materiel Availability objectives. The incumbent will apply Air Force and/or DoD supply/maintenance and information systems knowledge and experience to perform various tasks related to planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable, and effective system support strategy. Roles and Responsibilities KBR requires a C-5M Logistics Analyst to conduct logistics analysis of supply and maintenance data to support the C-5M Super Galaxy, primarily involving AMARG and SRRB activities. + Draft instructions, develop various sustainment and project parts lists, performing supply data collection and analysis, and performing root cause analysis for sustainment issues + Monitor data on current government supply operations, managing different pieces such as sourcing, warehousing, deliveries, and scheduling production. + Collect, analyze and optimize data to increase efficiency, monitor supply chain processes and inventory using government supply chain management databases and tools. + Identify and measure inefficiencies, determining how to streamline the supply chain and creating strategies for improvement, briefing leadership on deviations, and submitting solutions. + Perform supply data trend analysis to improve stockage effectiveness, demand forecasting, isolating and analyzing supply system deficiencies, recommend appropriate solutions, and assisting in the production of data required to implement the improvements. + Recommend logistics procedure changes, submitting change recommendation documentation, and evaluating customer submitted documents, change requests, deficiency reports, safety/hazard reports, and accident/incident reports. + Execution of responsibilities will require key logistics skills, including: problem solving; critical and creative thinking; conflict resolution; multi-tasking; clear and well-organized communication skills (written, verbal and active listening); strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office applications; and the ability to develop well-organized and credible presentations and formal written documents

8 hours scheduled per day, with core hours 0900-1530. Schedule flex allowable with supervisor’s permission.

Required Qualifications:

+ At least 8 years of experience directly related to the position + Bachelors Degree in logistics, management, business administration or related field. Note – Additional experience may be considered sufficient to satisfy the degree requirement + Experience in DoD or USAF organizations performing logistics functions and demonstrating knowledge of current USAF supply and logistics processes, policies and procedures + Experience in supply operations supporting USAF and/or DoD system maintenance requirements, both depot and field + Familiarity with

G081/CAMS

Maintenance systems (FMxC2) + Familiarity with Supply Chain Retail operations as relates to wholesale + Candidate must possess the ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision. + Ability to travel out of local area 5-10% of calendar year if needed. + Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher

Desired Qualifications:

+ 15+ years experience in USAF and/or DoD logistics and supply systems operations + DoD supply experience supporting the C-5M at multiple organizational levels + Experience supporting DoD

ACAT I/II/III

acquisition programs + Logistics experience supporting the C-5M + Experience working reclamation efforts with and/or through AMARG + Familiarity with AMARG Parts Removal Request (Maximo) + Experience with SRRB activities and use of the SRRB Web Tool + USAF program office experience + Relevant DAWIA certifications in logistics + Experience at multiple Air Force or DoD centers and geographic locations + Ready to Make a Difference?
