Demand Forecasting Analyst
POSITION DESCRIPTION
: Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. isseeking a Demand Forecasting Analyst with the following duties:
Track weekly and monthly forecast metrics for various assets acrossmultiple business units for internal as well as cross-functionalteams/stakeholders; Utilize secondary data sources such as IQVIA,Symphony claims, Metys, to track KPIs and metrics; Optimize andbuild forecast trackers and demand performance trackers to helpwith monthly business performance reporting; Create brandperformance decks for monthly reviews for various assets; Provideweekly shipment reporting in collaboration with the analytics teamon a regular basis; Provide internal finance teams with monthlydemand landing/flash estimates to support with monthly financialreporting; Conduct ad hoc analyses to help with forecasting demandnarrative through various financial cycles; Work in conjunctionwith cross-functional teams such as data science; Supportforecasting team by helping with forecast conversions, keepingtrackers updated with latest forecasts. Up to 80% remote workallowed
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Statistics, HealthInformatics, Operations Research, Computer Science, IndustrialEngineering, Economics, Math, or related field plus 4 months ofrelated experience.
Prior experience must include:
Synthesize,analyze, triangulate complex datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony,Metys, ValueTrak, Databricks, Evaluate Pharma; Experience withadvanced Excel, modeling, coding (SQL); Understand pharmaenvironment, product knowledge, competitors, disease states,market; Utilize math and statistics to conduct descriptiveanalysis, wrangle and clean data.
