Main Responsibilities:

• Assists Logistics Manager and Planner with material coordination o Inputs and records figures on computer to compile reports o Interpret planning schedule to ensure required materials are available for upcoming production o Using 12-month forecast/histogram determines raw materials forecast for monthly reporting to procurement manager o Input and record raw materials data (silo readings) into computer database to compile reports o Submit / receive purchase orders for raw materials / packaging items • Communicates with suppliers regarding o On time deliveries o Quality / shipment o Material availability o Placing tracking orders o Sampling request • New project coordination o Ensures material availability • Back up responsibilities for Planner o Coordinates shipments

What Makes You Great Education/Experience:

• 2 year degree plus min 3 years related working experience or equivalent working experience

Qualifications/Skills:

• Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good numeric skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
