Job DescriptionInventory Control Analyst controls inventories of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that product availability meets customer demand. Analyzes current inventory levels, production speed and sales forecasts to determine reorder levels.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyzes current inventory levels, production speed and sales forecasts to determine reorder levels.
- Maximize production by keeping the right materials on hand to maximize industrial production.
- Effectively communicate relevant information and concerns to all members of the supply chain organization
- Monitor SKU levels and recommend future SKU rationalization initiativesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Analytical skills. Operations research analysts use a wide range of methods such as forecasting, data mining, and statistical analysis, to examine and interpret data.
