Description
Glen Raven is recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst, which will be given a diverse array of responsibilities, with the overall goal of driving a more efficient and effective supply chain. Some of the duties this position will be responsible for are noted below:
While we have manufacturing operations in several states and countries, the corporate office is in Burlington, NC. The position being offered, as well as the rest of the supply chain management team, is located at the corporate office in Burlington. The team utilizes a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days each week in the office, and 2 days working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Design and improve methods to gather, manage, and display supply chain data
Analyze the gathered data and interpret it in ways that will allow for the improvement of supply chain methods and processes
Work with supply chain team to plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance and forecast error
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends
Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
Participate in regular meetings to align demand forecasts with business objectives
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas of complexity and inefficiency
Develop and implement strategies for reducing complexity across departments
Measure and report on the effectiveness of complexity reduction initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary

Education and Experience:

4-year degree in supply chain management, operations management, textile management, or related field (required)
Experience with supply chain planning and/or demand planning is preferred but not required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excited to learn; ample natural curiosity
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of relational databases
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be able to present ideas to others)
Power BI experience is preferred but not required
