NZSk Position Overview:
As a QN Coordinator within the MRB group, you will be responsible for managing all Quality Notifications (QNs) routed through the MRB process. You will ensure that QNs are accurately dispositioned to the appropriate department based on the provided information. What your day will look like: Analyze and manage inventory data. Reconcile systematic and physical transactions. Implement control measures to enhance efficiency and reduce data errors. Optimize processes for improved efficiency. Support the MRB Coordinator in handling non-conforming products. Prepare reports and KPIs for the MRB department on a weekly basis. Escalate issues related to aging QNs and MRB topics to the management team in a timely manner. To thrive in this role, you have: 1+ years of experience in a data intensive position. 1 year SAP experience preferred. Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. Proven ability with systematic, solution-oriented resolution. Experience with Inventory Control within a manufacturing environment, warehouse experience is plus. Ability to move material from one location to another using PIV’s (Powered Industrial vehicles
- Pallet Jacks, Fork Lifts) Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau a plus.
