Exempt Job Summary The Business Analyst•Supply Chain will be responsible for maintaining ERP data and developing analytics meet the Company’s Sales & Operations Plans and Quality Objectives. Duties and responsibilities Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across cross-plant operations department, supply chain, and quality. Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the operations department and work towards those goals. Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions. Create and modify master data (including but not limited to materials, routers, BOMs) in the ERP system. Perform ERP system corrections as needed. Perform support and/or training for new tools and ERP processes as needed for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead the development and testing of new ERP system features for operations. Raise tickets for issues identified by the operations team to IT or external consultants and coordinate the resolutions. Develop new tracking systems and reports to improve operations and supply chain performance. Identify areas that business processes can be improved through use of the ERP system. Update business processes and quality documentation as necessary by internal changes. Manage other improvement projects that include planning, implementation, and continuous monitoring. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Excel experience desired. Knowledge of lean principles and problem-solving techniques. Execute responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. 1+ year of industry experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred education and experience:
Experience with ERP/MRP systems. SAP experience or equivalent Tier 1 systems is preferred. Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar. Understanding of database systems (e.g. SQL) Experience in lean manufacturing environments.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift equipment or parts weighing up to 25 pounds.
