SAP Business Process Expert
Durham, NC SAP Business Process Expert for

Demand Planning and Rough Cut Planning Location:
RTP, NC Contract:

12 months with possible extension/direct hire

Schedule:

8a-5p, M-F; HYBRID – Mon/Fri remote; Tue/Wed/Thu onsite.

Compensation:

$44.27/hour with optional benefits

Job Summary:

As an SAP Business Process Expert, you will guide the supply chain planning team in areas of process improvements, systems enhancements, and change management for demand planning and rough-cut planning.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and optimization projects within assigned areas of responsibilities.
Collaborate with respective stakeholders in regional and global teams to successfully implement projects.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple work streams to effectively implement changes.
Build and enhance training documents to help with onboarding new planners.
Lead efforts to improve the quality of master data to support planning processes.
Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies for greater adoption of new processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent work experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, DRP, or demand planning.
8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning using SAP APO or IBP.
Experience in SAP Master Data Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Processing, Planning, Logistics.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PPT, PBI, Reporting tools, and Data Transformation.

Skills:

Effective written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and collaboration.
