ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet company standards and requirements. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and high performance. Continuously monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality benchmarks. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze procurement and supply chain data to uncover trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential supply risks. Conduct detailed financial assessments to evaluate the impact of purchasing decisions on budgets and margins. Generate actionable insights and reports to support strategic sourcing and inventory optimization. Contract Negotiation Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service level agreements. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and mitigate contractual risks. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and procurement processes; recommend and implement improvements. Support the development and adoption of standardized best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Communication Serve as a key liaison between procurement, finance, operations, and external suppliers. Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication to support aligned supply chain objectives and seamless execution.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is required

to 5 years’ experience in a similar type of role.

Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Attention to detail for precise analysis of data Strong technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and Production systems. Strong ability to negotiate effectively and secure favorable deals with suppliers. Strong Industry knowledge and its specific supply chain dynamics. Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work under pressure and motivation to success in a competitive business environment. Ability to work with teams and collaborate to solve challenges and address opportunities
