Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Lincolnton, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and forecasting inventory, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing operations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining efficient inventory systems and supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) to support production and inventory planning.
  • Utilize ERP systems to streamline inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments (i.e. engineering, accounting, etc.) to address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Generate and present inventory reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the interface and integration of inventory systems.
  • Provide support for inventory-related customer service inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs to align with business demands. Requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP solutions.
  • Experience working with
IBM AS/400

systems and interface engines.

  • Strong understanding of bills of materials (BOMs) and inventory forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and implement inventory control measures.
