Logistics Analyst Camp Lejeune, NC Summary:

ATS is seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Equipment Training Team (NETT) under the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA). The Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing Government Property (GP), ammunition management, and logistical support activities related to training operations at Camp Pendleton.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the PM AAA Training Director and Government Property Manager in validating, inventorying, and maintaining all PM AAA government property (GP) at Camp Pendleton.
Support the NET Responsible Officer/Responsible Individual (RO/RI) in maintaining GP databases and executing GP inventories.
Oversee the full lifecycle of GP accountability, from receipt to formal relief.
Execute logistics tasks, including but not limited to: Managing the NET Property Management Control System
Drafting transfer documentation (e.g., MFRs, KSDs, FLIPLs, DD1348s, DD1149s)
Providing oversight for the storage, transportation, and disposal of government property
Supporting supply logistics including packaging, handling, and movement of end items and training support equipment
Maintain and update ACV GP and supply inventories on a quarterly basis.
Manage the PM AAA ammunition tracking spreadsheet by training event and fiscal year.
Update ammunition projections, request quantities, and process all ammunition requests on schedule.
Reconcile expenditures and turn-ins within the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).
Maintain forms and documentation such as the PM AAA Ammunition Request Worksheet and Ammunition Declaration of Authorities (DOA).

Basic Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or property management, preferably in a DoD or USMC environment.
Proficiency with inventory systems, databases, and ammunition tracking processes.
Familiarity with military forms and documentation related to logistics (e.g., DD1348, DD1149, FLIPL).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting a Marine Corps acquisition or training program.
Prior exposure to amphibious vehicle logistics or Equipment Training environments.
Familiarity with Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) and government property management systems.

Working Environment:

The usual daily work conditions will be in an office environment located at Camp Lejeune, NC. The job requires occasional lifting of computer and other equipment, generally not in excess of 50 lbs., usually in connection with equipment transport to off-site locations for exercise events. The exercise support staff typically travels with a low degree of frequency. Travel to training exercise locations regularly includes CONUS.
