Responsibilities:
Research and analyze the effects of international and domestic tariffs on the company’s supply chain and cost structures. Monitor changes in trade policy, sanctions, and global regulatory developments and communicate risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and recommend mitigation strategies. Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement. Support supply chain network optimization through modeling and scenario planning. Perform market intelligence research to evaluate supplier risk, logistics trends, and global sourcing opportunities. Partner with sourcing and logistics teams to evaluate the cost and service impacts of alternate supply chain strategies. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across supply chain, inventory and logistics. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through presentations and data visualizations. Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal to align supply chain decisions with organizational goals. Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives related to digital transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related field. 2 years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or similar roles. Understanding of supply chain best practices. Proficient in data tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business management or equivalent experience. Epicor experience

Ability to travel as required.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $78,000-$90,000.
