Who We’re Looking For:

Laborie Medical Technologies is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data and processes to monitor supplier performance and identify potential risks. The analyst will work cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation plans and track their execution. In addition, the role will support broader supply chain initiatives by providing data-driven insights aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing performance across procurement, inventory, and logistics. This position collaborates closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

How you contribute:

Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Lead the supply analysis including spending, finances, performances, and risks. Work with cross functional team to establish the risk mitigation plan and track the execution.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and production teams to streamline operations.
Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions when applicable. Use data modeling and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support decision-making.
Lead and/or support supply chain projects including supply chain optimization, cost savings, and problem-solving activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with ERP (SAP) system. Understanding of medical devices and industry regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to flex work hours as necessary to engage with global teams and supply partners.
Willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions.
