- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and cost.
- Prepare reports and present logistics performance to management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process improvement and new logistics technologies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
