Integrated Logistics Support Analyst Onsite in Rochester, NY Target salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.) As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will serve as a SME in maintainability and maintenance support for tactical radio and VSAT products, supporting military, civilian, and international programs. Your work will center on data-driven logistics solutions, lifecycle sustainment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver custom logistics solutions including provisioning, spares lists, and maintenance plans tailored to customer requirements Conduct and document Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) Prepare and present Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and maintainability reports using data analytics and modeling tools Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical publications teams to ensure maintenance data is accurate, actionable, and customer-focused Support the creation of Intermediate Maintenance Manuals by providing subject matter input to publication writers Use customer feedback and internal stakeholder insights to proactively assess and refine lifecycle support strategies
Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship is required by Federal Law Ability to obtain a Secret Clerarance within a reasonable amount of time required (Active Secret clearance preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in a related stem field and 4+ years of relevant experience or graduate Degree and 2 years of related ILS experience (In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related ILS experience will be considered) Prior work experience in Integrated Logistics Support, electronics/radio maintenance, reliability engineering Knowledge of L3Harris/RF Communications (PRC-163, PRC-167, PRC-160, AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-150) and VSAT terminal products Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance tasks – spare part analysis/forecasting, provisioning, MAC/MTA, LORA, ILSP Experience and/or certifications in Lean Six-Sigma continuous improvement Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Professional communication skills – comfortable with preparing written reports and occasionally presenting to customer groups Knowledge of or experience with business intelligence and analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI Skilled in inter-departmental collaboration, for example working with Engineering and Product Service to solve novel problems Adept at analyzing processes or challenges and strategizing to develop effective solutions Proven success working in collaborative environment Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
