12+ months Job Summary The Analyst, Supply Planning is responsible for monitoring inbound material movement from suppliers, determining material requirements, and coordinating efficient material flow between suppliers, supply teams, manufacturing, and customer service. This individual contributor role requires strong judgment and professional expertise, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Oversee inbound material movement and ensure timely delivery. Determine material requirements and coordinate supply chain operations. Collaborate with global supply and demand teams to optimize planning. Transition supply planning processes from Oracle to SAP ERP. Manage international supply volume and ensure smooth operations. Execute ad hoc supply planning tasks as needed. Utilize Excel (advanced skills required) for data analysis and reporting. Operate within Power BI (dashboard creation experience preferred). Ensure compliance with supply chain procedures and best practices. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or related fields Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required). Power BI experience (SAP knowledge preferred). Strong communication skills for global correspondence. Ability to run Excel programs and analyze supply chain data. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SAP ERP implementation and transition. Familiarity with international supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
