Role:

This newly created Inventory Analyst positionoffers a unique opportunity to join a growing small manufacturingcompany. You’ll take ownership of the inventory accounting process,clean up and organize existing systems, and help implement improvedprocesses. The role offers the potential to evolve into a CostAccountant position in the future, providing you with long-termgrowth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and improveexisting inventory accounting processes. Develop and implementguidelines and controls for inventory reconciliation andmanagement. Collaborate with the inventory operations team toperform reconciliations and monthly counts. Conduct cost analysisand assist with organizing and streamlining inventory data. Supportaccounts payable by setting up wire transfers during the prepaymentperiod for suppliers in China and Taiwan.

Qualifications:

At least3 years of inventory accounting experience in a small manufacturingenvironment. Proven ability to clean up inventory systems andcreate processes for accurate accounting. Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel (V-lookups, pivot tables). Familiarity with Sage orQuickBooks is a plus.
