I&C Planning Specialist I Position Available In Westmoreland, Pennsylvania

As an I&C Planning Specialist, you will support the WPB Fulfillment team in our New Stanton, PA location. The New Stanton site works on projects to bolster plant safety and reliability by providing the instrumentation and control, mechanical, and electro-mechanical products and services that our customers require. You will focus on planning of WPB Instrumentation & Control Products activities to meet internal and external customer demands.

You will report to the Manager of I&C and Electrical Products and be located at the New Stanton facility.•

Key Responsibilities:

•Order entry including a review of customer contract requirements and engineering approval.

Determine appropriate priority for work requests and feedback to requestersTrack order progress and maintaining order updates/forecasts in SAPProvide estimated work hours and lead time on contract proposals through collaboration with Assistant Area Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, and technicians.

Work with Engineering and Supply Chain to requisition materials, products and subcontracted servicesPrioritize incoming and in-process inspections with Quality ControlWork with Inventory Planning to improve component stocking levels and lot sizes•

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field0-3 years planning experience.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
