Req # 27244 SUMMARY The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for Supply Chain operational projects across the health system. Develop Supply Chain business intelligence tools and reports to support organizational goals. Work collaboratively with the AnMed Supply Chain Team and clinical areas to successfully deliver clinical, financial, and operational performance improvements for the health system. Perform data analytics and contract reviews to identify opportunities, and the ability to engage both internal customers and vendor representatives to rapidly close projects and achieve goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research and analysis including evidence to manage targeted supply chain opportunities reviewing, comprehending and outlining all key points of various projects.
- Perform analysis of AnMed data using department technology, benchmarking, and other business intelligence resources and formulate recommendations for success.
- Effective communication in meetings, via email, via phone, and written reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manages process to ensure efficient administration of contracts, including appropriate filing and documentation is being completed by staff.
- Supports the Technology Assessment Committee and the Value Analysis Groups and manages staff participation.
- Track and validate rebate payments and discount calculations as per contract terms and calculate rebate spreads to appropriate budgets.
- Project management for ongoing Supply Chain process improvement opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field required.
CMRP certification highly desired.
Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes
Minimum of three years in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare.
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience necessary.
