Job Description
Supply Chain Analyst
Ladson, SC Main Purpose:
Serve as the right hand to the hiring manager, providing in-depth data analysis to support global supply chain operations across business units. Focus on root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement in key areas such as inventory control, throughput time, lead time, on-time delivery, logistics, warehouse and transportation spend, and total supply chain optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover root causes of supply chain inefficiencies.
Provide functional excellence in supply chain data and KPI management.
Generate and distribute regular reports to the team with actionable insights.
Model, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to support decision-making.
Recommend alternative methods and provide data-driven insights to achieve best-in-class results.
Assist in managing projects related to supply chain optimization.
Collaborate with third-party supply chain and technology partners to collect and manage data.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Experience with inventory control processes.
Financial analysis experience is a plus.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Candidates without a degree should have relevant supply chain or data analysis experience.
Ideal candidates will possess both a degree and practical experience in the field.

Familiarity with supply chain terminology.
Experience in documentation and procedure writing.
