Supply Chain Management Analyst (Associate & Mid Level)

The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 & 3) to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. Boeing South Carolina (BSC) is searching for a Management Analyst who incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.

Position Responsibilities:

Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing,engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan Coordinates part number attributes Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system Releases and maintains orders Documents and resolves order delinquencies Reports schedule adherence issues Applies developed solutions to inventory plans Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability Ensures on-time delivery Optimizes inventory levels Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories Creates schedules for products and services Coordinates and supports process improvements Develops and implements new ordering methodologies Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team’s success 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry 3+ years of experience with

ERPLN, REDARS

Ability to travel up to 10% during the work time
